Internet Explorer 5.0, 6.0, 7.0

  1. Click on Tools (toward the top-left of Internet Explorer) and then click on Options.
  2. When the Internet Properties screen comes up, click on the Connections tab.
  3. Click on the Settings button.
  4. Under Proxy Settings, check Use a proxy server.
  5. Type bess-proxy.athenet.net in the Address field.
  6. Type 2196 in the Port field.
  7. Click OK twice.
